We had the pleasure of catching the U.S. premiere of witchy indie horror Hellbender at this year's Fantastic Fest. The film was written and directed by husband and wife, John Adams and Toby Poser, and their daughter Zelda, with all three in attendance at the screening. It’s a dark coming-of-age story streaked with horror elements and peppered with quality camp, and despite having its blemishes, it really transcends the limitations of its low budget. We had the pleasure of attending the Texas premiere for Jim Cummings and PJ McCabe's satirical erotic thriller, The Beta Test with both directors in attendance! It was a wickedly fun, hilariously nasty irreverent ride that features another strong comedic performance from Cummings.
